How can we better understand our visitors and communities? One simple tool we’ve been using in our workshops is the Empathy Map, and we’re excited to share it with you! 🙌
What is an Empathy Map?
It’s a tool that helps us imagine the experiences of a visitor or local resident by asking 5 key questions:
🔹 What do they see?
🔹 What do they hear?
🔹 What do they think and feel?
🔹 What do they say and do?
🔹 What are their pains and joys?
How to use it?
You can use the Empathy Map with your visitors or community to:
✨ Design better tourism experiences.
✨ Solve service challenges.
✨ Connect with your audience’s needs.
